Welcome to Achievers Inc. Youth Programs and Services

Achievers Inc. is a non-profit organization created to positively influence youth and young adults by providing a social support network through mentoring, education and training, and violence prevention and intervention programs and services. Achievers Inc.’s vision is to build character rather than destroying it. We accomplish this through mentoring programs that focus on school, career, and personal development. Our objective is to provide effective intervention strategies that allow youth and young adults to:

  • improve their overall school achievement;
  • explore education and career paths; and
  • reduce high-risk behaviors, e.g. drug use, criminal activity, and violent behavior

Our goal is to reach youth before they drop out of school, start to abuse alcohol and other drugs, and become at risk for delinquency, violent behavior, and suicide.

We provide an environment within the community where youth and young adults can develop a vision for personal and professional success which may involve them earning a GED or obtaining training in a marketable skill.

In 1997, Mr. Graham established Achievers Inc. to pursue his desire to assist youth and young adults in achieving their full potential. Through Achievers Inc., he created an alternative mentoring curriculum, the On Point Project that combines both individual and peer group mentoring to help deter youth crime, violence, and delinquency. As a much sought after resource, Mr. Graham provides expertise in the areas of mentoring, home rehabilitation, GED Programs, basic/advanced computer training, and effective communication skills.
